Directions & parking
Finding us
As you approach, stay in the left-hand lane. Travelling along Farnborough Road, you will pass the new-build flats, and the next building is ours.
Look out for the white standing sign reading “Arena Abbey House”, the building with colourful glass panels.
Parking
If you need parking, buzz at the barrier and reception will open it for you.
Visitor parking is available at the front of the building. If those spaces are full, there is additional parking at the rear. Please avoid parking in reserved or blocked spaces.
Important appointment information
When you arrive
Please take a seat in the main reception area and your Physiotherapist will come to collect you at your appointment time.
For 8:00am appointments
Reception opens at 8:30am, so the barrier will still be down when you arrive. Please wait safely to the side. There are usually other cars entering the car park, and you may follow them in.
This is fine, and if anyone asks you can simply say you are attending a Physiotherapy appointment. Please make sure not to block the barrier while waiting. If you have any difficulty getting into the car park, call us and we will help.
For appointments after 5:00pm and all day Saturday
There is no reception cover at these times, but the barrier is left open, so you are welcome to park on the premises.
The front door will be locked. If you wait by the entrance, your Physiotherapist will come and let you in at your appointment time.
