Booking with insurance
Online booking is for self-paying clients only. If you are claiming through insurance, call or email us with:
- Your policy number
- Authorisation code
- Number of authorised sessions
- Amount of excess on the policy

Two clinics in Hampshire
Both clinics offer the full range of treatments, six days a week. Full directions, parking and arrival instructions are on each clinic page.
Basingstoke
Arena, The Square, Basing View, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4EBA five-minute walk from Basingstoke train station, with a regular bus service to Basing View.
On-site parking at the front and rear. Buzz at the barrier and reception will let you in.
Farnborough
Arena, Abbey House, Farnborough Road, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 7NADirectly opposite Farnborough Main train station, on the A325 Farnborough Road.
Visitor parking at the front, with overflow at the rear. Buzz at the barrier on arrival.
