Welcome to our Basingstoke clinic
Our Basingstoke Physiotherapy and sports injury clinic is on the ground floor of the Arena Business Centre in Basing View, a popular location close to the town centre.
It is just a five-minute walk from Basingstoke train station and is served by a regular bus service to Basing View.
The clinic has a welcoming reception area, a comfortable and well-equipped treatment room, and convenient parking at both the front and rear of the premises.

Finding us
Once you take the Basing View exit, you will see Waitrose on your right. Continue uphill and, just after the mini roundabout, you will see a large white building called Arena on the right-hand side.
Look for the grey and green standing sign reading “The Square” and take a right there.
Parking
If you need parking, buzz at the barrier and reception will grant you access. You can park anywhere on the premises.
If the car park is full, you can park at Waitrose instead, which is free for up to two hours if you display a ticket. The clinic is a short walk, two buildings further up.
Important appointment information
When you arrive
Please take a seat at main reception and your Physiotherapist will come and collect you at your appointment time.
For 8:00am appointments
Reception opens at 8:30am, so the barrier will still be closed. You may park in one of the three visitor spaces located before the barrier.
The front door will also be locked. If you wait by the entrance, your Physiotherapist will come and let you in at your appointment time.
For appointments after 5:00pm and all day Saturday
There is no reception cover at these times, but the barrier is left open, so you are welcome to park on the premises.
