We are recognised by all major UK private health insurers. Insured appointments are booked by phone or email rather than online, so we can check your policy details first.

How it works

Three steps to an insured appointment

1. Check your policy

Confirm with your insurer that Physiotherapy is covered and whether they need a GP referral to authorise the claim. Some do, even though we do not.

2. Call or email us

Online booking is for self-paying clients only. Call, text or WhatsApp us on 07818 099994, or email enquiry@physipro.co.uk, with your policy and authorisation details and we will book you in.

3. Settle any excess

Any mandatory excess on your policy is payable by you. Check your policy documents for the amount before your first appointment.

To book an initial appointment under your policy, please have these four details to hand when you call or email:

Insurers we work with

We are recognised by all major UK health insurance companies, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, Healix and Nuffield Health. If your insurer is not listed, call us. We may still be able to treat you under your policy.

For your claim

Our Physiotherapists' provider numbers

Your insurer may ask for the treating Physiotherapist's provider number when authorising treatment. Quote the number for the clinician you are booked with.
